Single - 1 Hour Speed & Agility Training
Comlement your player’s game session with another hour of speed & agility training conducted by our strength & conditioning coaches. This is athletic training and movement applicable to all sports.
These clinics will start one hour BEFORE the later Gridiron session or one hour AFTER the earlier Gridiron session.
IE if you play Gridiron at 7pm, your clinic will be 6pm. Conversely, if you play at 6pm, your clinic will be at 7pm.
