OPPORTUNITIES WITH VICTORY & gridiron football
If you want to enrich the development of young athletes or share the passion for working in athletics then let’s have a chat.
“Victory” is currently seeking the following roles to support our youth sports programming after 4pm on weekdays, Saturday mornings, and Sunday afternoons. A typical block of programming will usually last 2-4 hours in the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons. Summer programming will include day sessions.
REFEREES - We seek referees to officiate our league games, mainly Flag Football and Basketball. High School & College students, coaches, personal trainers, former athletes, LEOs/Veterans and certified officials are ideal candidates for our referee roles.
HOSTS / HOSTESSES / EVENT COORDINATORS - To ensure programming runs smoothly and to support the overall experience, we seek event staff on site to assist in set up and customer experience.
VOLUNTEER COACHES - Whether or not you have an athlete on our team, if you love to coach sports then we have a team for you. In support of our Coaches, we hold clinics and certifications - in person - to equip our coaches with the necessary means to develop the young athlete.
COACHES / CONSULTANTS - Existing School Coaches and position trainers can help in multiple ways - coaching, officiating or consulting in support of our coaches and athletes.

We welcome student volunteers looking to fulfill their community service obligations.
We recognize the economics of youth sports are nuanced as are the hours of play so we will hire under an independent contractor basis. While there is strong demand for youth sports programming, there is a limited ability to supply it given the limited hours of play and scarce number of facilities. We rely heavily on volunteer coaches to keep programming as accessible as possible.
