“Coach Victor” founded Victory Sports Prep to improve what he saw as a stale youth sports experience.  After several successful years of coaching Flag Football and Basketball teams in multiple leagues across Charleston County, SC, Coach Victor first identified the shortcomings of public recreation, club and commercial multi-sport leagues, then sought to bring all local resources to bear for a differentiated youth sports experience.

What started as a fatherly act to simply coach his son morphed into the development of “a Program & a Process” which regularly fielded two to three different teams competing for Flag Football league championships. The founding of Victory Sports Prep is the culmination of Victor’s passion for coaching, player development and his love of the game.

Coach Victor played college football at the 1-AA level and remains engaged in athletic training. He spent much of his youth on the courts and fields of Washington DC where he was raised by a public school teacher and a Marine combat veteran. His father played Football for legendary coaches Frank Howard at Clemson and Bud Carson in Western Pennsylvania.

Victor has over two decades of professional experience in financial market investments, trading and research.
