CONTINUITY UNDERPINS OUR PROGRAM AND ITS PROCESS WHICH seeks the following:

• Develop the Player’s fundamental mechanics, performance, knowledge and appreciation of the game

• Provide an experience that is fun, competitive and entertaining

• Build the Community’s Athletic Culture by infusing youth teams with coaching expertise from local relationships with Schools, Trainers, and Athletes

• Instruct with game-like, team-oriented, continuously active drills

• Instill confidence, character and preparedness for success beyond athletics

• Support Coaches with in-person training & expert access

• Augment our Associates’ career development  

• Foster community camaraderie, partnerships and scholarships to broaden participation
