Join us for Sunday flag football clinics on October 20, October 27, and November 3 at 1:15pm at Lucy Beckham H.S. Each clinic will offer age-appropriate skills stations and scrimmages to improve players’ understanding of the game and each position.

GRADES

Co-Ed Grades 2-8, beginner or advanced.

LOCATION

LOCATION @ Lucy Beckham High School Football Field; 1560 Mathis Ferry Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464.

COST

COST $40 per single session or $90 for all three sessions. Includes a local Charleston Gridiron workout shirt.

Gridiron Fall Clinics will teach players the following:

  • Offensive run strategies and body mechanics using different formations

  • Passing tree progression & route running skills

  • Quarterbacking steps from under center, shotgun and pistol

  • Defensive body positioning for both man and zone coverage.

  • General athleticism drills applicable to all football positions and explosive sports.

  • And much more.
